This space is a reflection of the many parts of me: rooted in movement, guided by intuition, and inspired by connection.

Whether I’m leading a grounding practice, telling stories through dance, getting my hands dirty with clay, or sharing my life online, all that I do is centered around presence, expression, and community.

Yoga is at the heart of my life and work — I offer practices that are rooted in intentional movement, nervous system regulation, and a deeper return to self.
